Circuits Guide

Perform one set of each exercise for the recommended repetitions or until you fatigue.

Take as much rest as necessary to perform the following exercise safely and effectively.

When you have completed one circuit of each exercise, go back to the beginning of the circuit, and repeat until you have completed the recommended number of rounds.

If no weights have been allocated for you in the workout, your goal is to warm up with what you feel would be a light/moderate weight to both warm up and estimate what you think an appropriate weight would be to start your working sets at.
